Vidmate users are now going to be treated to even better features. The latest Vidmate version 3.18 has some really great features that you should be sure to try.

The latest version now enables people to share downloaded videos via WhatsApp. You could already share URLs by copy pasting from the URL bar, but now you share videos you have downloaded directly too. The app has solved a lot of issues with the app, most prominently the black screen problem that caused the screen to shut down when launching the app. Users in India will also be pleased to learn that the latest Salman Khan starrer Tubelight full movie too can be downloaded through the app.

This comes after Vidmate made some major changes in the interface in the recent versions. The Vidmate app is now even more unique, thanks to the latest features the app has to offer. The app has shifted most of the menus and settings in the “Me” tab on the bottom right. Doing away with the cumbersome hamburger menu was a step in the right direction as well. Common websites are great to visit in a dedicated menu like before, but it didn’t need all that space on the homepage so it has been shortened into a more convenient form. Featured apps are located in a separate menu too, under a gift box icon easy to access on the top of the launch page.

The team at Vidmate install download have a good news for its users. Now they will be targeting the indian market more vigorously according to official sources. Does it mean that they will also introduce new features and bring new dimensions to the app? Well for sure, this is an amazing app when it comes to watching movies online, and there is no better app in the market right now. There are other apps like showbox apk, popcorn time and megabox which are also proving to be worthy competitors of the app, however no big effect on this app seems to be there.

How do I use Vidmate?
Once downloaded, launch the app. There are plenty of sections to browse, which you can find on the top. Navigate either by swiping left or right, or by tapping on the section you need. Scroll through tens of movies, filtered by tags and categories galore. Browse and download other apps and games off the app. Get latest music from a variety of genres, tagged with respective singers and album names.
How do I access my downloaded content?
Simply tap on the download symbol on the upper right corner. It will take you to the active downloads. You can also check the finished downloads through the same menu. To play content, choose a suitable media player on your phone. Or go ahead and download a new player off of the app section. You can also play music right in the app’s inbuilt player. Some even prefer it over their native song players.
Is there a “Save for Later” feature available?
As of writing this FAQ, there isn’t. You can either watch it right then, or download it for later. But what do you do if you don’t want to watch it right that moment and cannot download it either? Simple; go to the movie’s page on the app and press the heart shaped button. This will add the content to your “Favourites” which you can access later.
What if I want to download sensitive content as well, which I wouldn’t want my kids to see?
If there is content you want to watch that might be inappropriate for some of your underage family members, Vidmate also doubles up as a content locker. Click the “Download” icon, go to “Files” and you will find “Private Space” in that column. You can set a 4 digit pass code and import sensitive content to that private space, whether or not you downloaded it off Vidmate.
Can I use Vidmate to download content using URLs?
Of course you can. Usually, if you have a URL in text format (for example in a Whatsapp message or a note), you may simply tap it to get a list of apps that can run it. If you don’t you may check your App Settings. You may also copy the URL and paste it into the app’s search bar. Hit search, and you’re done.
